Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Auditing Services to lead a team of PB and HB Coding Auditing Specialists, overseeing internal hospital and physician audits across diverse service lines. You will ensure accurate coding, training, and client satisfaction while aligning with AHIMA standards and company ethics.

The role requires extensive coding experience, supervisory skills, and strong communication, with remote capability and national scope within the United States.

Qualifications

• National certification through AAPC or AHIMA.
• 5+ years of coding experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to navigate multiple EMR environments and review handwritten charts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of coding auditors to meet client expectations and ensure high-quality coding production.
• Audit ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS across facility inpatient, ED, outpatient and other service types.
• Track productivity; provide training and coaching to auditors.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling with Leadership and client deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with AHIMA/industry guidelines and company policies.
