Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a remote coding/audit consultant to evaluate client coders’ ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding for hospital and clinic encounters. You will perform concurrent or retrospective reviews, inventory code assignments, and report findings to clients.

The role includes developing educational content on audit results and requires strong analytical skills and credentialed expertise. Applicants must hold AHIMA or AAPC credentials and have 5+ years of coding or auditing experience

Qualifications

• Experience with auditing medical records and coding validation.
• Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding conventions.
• Ability to research, analyze, and respond to coding/compliance inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex audits of medical records to validate coding.
• Prepare audit reports with evidence supporting findings.
