Job summary

CorroHealth Inc. seeks an experienced clinical coder/auditor for remote consulting work evaluating ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding across hospital and physician encounters. You will review coder assignments, analyze data, and report findings to clients for process improvements.

Ideal candidates hold AHIMA or AAPC credentials (CCS, RHIT, RHIA strongly preferred; CIC/COC considered). Extensive IP/OPP facility coding and auditing background required; this is a remote position serving clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of coding and/or auditing experience in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex concurrent or retrospective analyses of inpatient medical records to validate coded data.
• Prepare client reports with supporting references for audit findings.
• Provide education to clients on audit results and coding accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and privacy standards.
