Qualifications

• National certification through AAPC or AHIMA.
• At least 5+ years of coding experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Audit coding quality across facility inpatient, ER, outpatient, observation, and other service types.
• Lead and mentor a team of auditors; coordinate training and performance reviews.
• Ensure QA reports are accurate and delivered on time; maintain client satisfaction.
• Participate in client discovery calls and project kick-offs; align with leadership on deliverables.
• Monitor productivity; ensure weekly billable hours; adjust staffing as needed.
• Support hiring and exiting processes for auditors; provide coaching and guidance.
