Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader with 5–10 years of experience to drive the national practice. The role focuses on developing value propositions across D&O, EPL, fiduciary, crime, and related coverages, while guiding carriers and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth and client success in a national remote-capable setup.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience as an underwriter, broker, producer, or combination thereof.
• Deep expertise in Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability practice strategy.
• Provide expert guidance on coverage options and market strategies for client engagements.
• Deliver coverage analysis, RFP support, and proposal development.
• Design risk management solutions and benchmark tools to improve client outcomes.
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Teams, and carriers to support growth.
