Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to develop and execute IOA's national strategy for Directors & Officers, EPL, fiduciary liability, crime, and related coverages.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience and will partner with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions and risk management guidance.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience as an underwriter, broker, producer, or combination thereof.
• Deep expertise in Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Proven consultative, client advisory, and business development experience.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, and product offerings.
• Provide expert guidance on D&O, EPL, fiduciary, crime, and related coverages.
• Deliver coverage recommendations and support RFPs and proposals.
• Design and implement service and risk management strategies for client outcomes.
• Partner with IOA’s Data team on benchmarking tools and analytics.
• Oversee Management Liability content and educational resources.
