Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to drive the national practice, shape a best-in-class value proposition, and lead complex account strategies across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and Kidnap & Ransom.

The role partners with Producers, Account Teams, and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions, risk management guidance, and market campaigns while mentoring the team and advancing IOA’s growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience as an underwriter, broker, or producer.
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proven consultative, client advisory, and business development skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites and market conditions.
• Provide guidance on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.
• Deliver coverage recommendations through market navigation and RFP support.
• Design risk management strategies to differentiate IOA.
• Partner with Data team to develop benchmarking tools.
• Oversee Management Liability content and thought leadership.
• Support business development with Producers on complex engagements.
• Participate in select client meetings as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive service excellence.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain high level of management liability knowledge.
• Support professional development and IOA values.
• Demonstrate integrity, leadership, accountability, and professionalism.
