Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader who will shape IOA's national liability strategy and deliver innovative coverage solutions. The role requires guiding complex client engagements, collaborating with Producers and leadership, and driving market campaigns across Directors & Officers, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience in underwriting, brokering, or brokerage leadership.
• Deep expertise in Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and related coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Proven consultative, client advisory and business development capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of IOA's Management Liability strategy and market presence.
• Evaluate carrier appetites and market conditions to tailor client solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on major management liability coverages and risk management.
• Deliver coverage analyses, form comparisons, RFP support, and proposals.
• Design risk management strategies to differentiate IOA in the marketplace.
• Partner with data teams to build benchmarking tools and analytics.
• Oversee content and thought leadership across channels and publications.
• Support business development with technical expertise for complex client engagements.
• Participate in select client meetings as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, and carriers to drive growth.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends.
• Identify best practices and process improvements to scale the practice.
• Maintain deep knowledge of management liability products and market activity.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and embody IOA values.
