Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to develop and execute a best-in-class value proposition for management liability needs including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and K&R coverages. You will partner with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions and risk management strategies.

The role requires 5–10+ years of relevant experience, a current P&C license or ability to obtain within six months, and strong leadership

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience as an underwriter, broker, producer, or combination thereof.
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related executive risk coverages.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, and product offerings to identify optimal solutions.
• Provide guidance on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.
