Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to develop and execute a best-in-class value proposition addressing Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, and related coverages.

The role works with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions and risk management guidance that drive client success.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in management liability as underwriter, broker, or producer.
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Consultative, client advisory, and business development experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of management liability strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites and market conditions.
• Provide guidance on D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages.
• Deliver coverage recommendations and RFP support.
• Design risk management solutions to differentiate IOA.
• Partner with data team to develop benchmarks and analytics.
• Oversee content and thought leadership across channels.
• Support business development with Producers.
• Participate in select client meetings as subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends.
• Identify best practices and process improvements.
• Maintain high level of management liability knowledge.
• Support professional development and IOA values.
