Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Management Liability Practice Leader to drive the strategy and delivery of specialized coverage for directors and officers, employment practices, fiduciary liability, crime, and related exposures.

The role partners with Producers, Account Managers, and leadership to deliver innovative coverage solutions and risk management strategies that support client success and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of Management Liability experience as underwriter, broker, or producer
• Deep expertise in Directors & Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Crime
• Active Property & Casualty License or ability to obtain within six months of hire
• Proven consultative, client advisory, and business development experience
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and insurance technology platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of IOA’s Management Liability strategy and market presence
• Evaluate carrier appetites and market conditions to identify optimal client solutions
• Provide expert guidance on D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and related coverages
• Deliver coverage recommendations through market navigation and proposal development
• Design and implement risk management strategies to differentiate IOA in the marketplace
• Collaborate with Producers and Account Teams to support business development and client engagements
• Manage stakeholder collaboration with carriers and internal departments to ensure service excellence
• Maintain awareness of evolving management liability trends and regulatory developments
