Insurance Office of America is recruiting a Management Liability Practice Leader to develop and execute a best-in-class value proposition for directors and officers, EPLI, fiduciary, crime, and related coverages. The role leads product initiatives, market campaigns, and risk management strategies, partnering with Producers and account teams nationwide.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in management liability, deep coverage expertise, and a track record in business development.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in management liability as an underwriter, broker, producer, or combo.
• Deep expertise in D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime, and related exec risk coverages.
• Active P&C license or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of IOA's Management Liability practice strategy.
• Evaluate carrier appetites, market conditions, and product offerings to meet client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime, and R&R coverages.
