Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Major Projects Sales Representative to drive large-scale building automation projects. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with contractors and consulting engineers, and deliver integrated solutions that meet customer outcomes.

You will report to the Sr Sales Manager and work remotely, traveling up to 50% within the Mid-Atlantic region. This role offers incentive eligible compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience within Building Automation/Building Technology space.
• Valid Class Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to sites/customers in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive orders growth within the Construction Ecosystem.
• Create strategic relationships with top general contractors, mechanical/electrical contractors, and consulting engineers, including standard terms and agreements.
• Collaborate with Vertical Account Managers to drive growth on opportunities.
• Provide an accurate weekly forecast for orders in Salesforce, including Install and Service lines.
• Consistently meet the orders forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Establish professional relationships with client decision-makers.
• Create a robust pipeline of major pursuits and track in Salesforce.
• Recommend and implement improvements to achieve sales goals.
• Major Market territory plan review Bi-Annually (White Space, Relationship map, Strategy focused).
• Win new customer logos and build a pipeline of targets.
• Meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) monthly, quarterly and yearly.
