Honeywell International, Inc. seeks a Major Projects Sales Representative to drive large-building automation projects. You will identify opportunities, develop relationships with contractors and engineers, and deliver integrated solutions tailored to customer outcomes.

You will report to the Sr Sales Manager, work remotely, and travel up to 50% across the Mid-Atlantic region. A strong focus on forecast accuracy and pipeline development is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience in Building Automation/Building Technology.
• Valid Class Driver’s License.
• Travel up to 50% to sites/customers in the territory.

Responsabilités

• Drive orders growth within the Construction Ecosystem.
• Build strategic relationships with general and mechanical/electrical contractors and consulting engineers.
• Collaborate with Vertical Account Managers to grow opportunities.
• Provide accurate weekly orders forecast in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Establish professional relationships with client decision-makers.
• Create a robust pipeline for major pursuits in Construction Ecosystem.
