Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Major Projects Sales Representative to lead large-scale building automation sales across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with contractors and engineers, and drive innovative solutions to meet customer needs.

Reporting to the Sr Sales Manager, this remote role requires up to 50% travel and a focus on exceeding the Annual Operating Plan through strategic account management and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience in Building Automation or Building Technology.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive orders growth within the Construction Ecosystem.
• Create strategic relationships with top general contractors, mechanical/electrical contractors, and consulting engineers.
• Collaborate with Vertical Account Managers to drive growth on specific opportunities.
• Provide an accurate weekly forecast for orders within Salesforce.
• Consistently meet the orders forecast on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Establish professional relationships with appropriate levels of client decision-makers.
• Create a robust pipeline of major pursuits within the Construction Ecosystem.
• Recommend and implement improvements to achieve sales goals.
• Major Market territory plan review Bi-Annually.
• Win new customer logos and build a pipeline.
