Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Major Projects Sales Representative to drive large-scale building automation opportunities. You will report to the Sr.

Sales Manager, work remotely, travel up to 50% in the Mid-Atlantic region, and build strategic relationships with general and mechanical/electrical contractors and consulting engineers. The role emphasizes outcomes-based selling and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience in Building Automation or Building Technology.
• Valid Class Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel at least 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive orders growth within the Construction Ecosystem.
• Build strategic relationships with general and mechanical/electrical contractors and consulting engineers.
• Collaborate with Vertical Account Managers to drive growth on opportunities.
• Provide an accurate weekly forecast for orders in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Establish professional relationships with client decision-makers.
• Create a robust pipeline of major pursuits tracked in Salesforce.
• Recommend and implement improvements to achieve sales goals.
• Major Market territory plan review bi-annually.
