Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will own synergy delivery, risk management, and establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence principles.

You will operate at strategic and execution levels, driving Day 1 readiness, cross-functional execution across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS, and ensuring business outcomes beyond mere task

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; strong preference but experienced considered.
8+ years in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization.
Own synergy delivery and risk management across functions.
Establish a repeatable integration capability and tollgate cadence.
Drive Day 1 readiness and post-close execution across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
Develop change management and communication plans.
Build and maintain integration playbooks, templates, and dashboards.
Manage stakeholder alignment and accountability across leadership.
