Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions, using a tollgate-based model to ensure disciplined execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, and Commercial to deliver Day 1 readiness, 0–90 and 90–180 plans, and ongoing synergy tracking.

This role requires strategic oversight and hands-on execution to ensure that integrations achieve measurable business outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy and planning aligned with deal value drivers.
• Lead pre-close integration planning including synergy identification and risk assessment.
• Establish Day 1, 0-90, and 90-180 plans across all functions.
• Own and enforce the integration governance model and tollgate reviews.
• Drive value realization, create dashboards, and track synergies.
• Manage cross-functional execution and stakeholder alignment.
