Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will drive synergy delivery, establish a repeatable integration capability, and operate at strategic and execution levels to ensure business outcomes.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will manage governance, tollgate reviews, and risk management while aligning integration plans with deal models and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments.
