Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions, using a tollgate-based model.

You will oversee cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Operations) to deliver synergy, manage risk, and ensure Day 1 readiness and ongoing cadence; this role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires 8+ years in integration, operating in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred, candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions.
• Own synergy delivery and risk management; establish repeatable integration capability.
• Operate at strategic and execution levels to deliver business outcomes, not just tasks.
• Lead integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS.
• Develop and enforce integration governance, tollgate reviews, and cadence.
