The Claros Travel is seeking a Luxury Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, supporting clients with reservations, itinerary coordination, and service arrangements.

You will deliver high-touch, personalized assistance before, during, and after experiences, communicating policies clearly and resolving concerns to ensure client satisfaction across a luxury travel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Previous customer service experience, luxury or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging.
• Assist clients with luxury reservations, bookings, and itinerary updates.
