The Claros Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients through every step of their journey, from booking to post-trip follow-up. The role emphasizes hospitality, empathy, and delivering a seamless, high-quality experience.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and messaging, coordinate reservations, and proactively ensure client satisfaction in a fully remote environment with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or service-related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding destinations, services, and policies
• Coordinate reservation details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after their journeys to ensure a positive experience
• Address client questions and concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and booking platforms as required
