The RealReal is seeking established luxury professionals to join as Luxury Sales Specialists. This 100% commission-based, remote, field-based role leverages your existing network to source high-value consignments and drive new sellers to TRR.

You will build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients, manage logistics from pickup to authentication, and deliver a premium, white-glove experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Established personal and professional network ready to generate opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches, and ready-to-wear.
• Strong independent work ethic with self-management and results focus.
• Professionalism to maintain trust with high-net-worth clients.
• Comfort using CRM tools to manage client pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network to source high-value consignments.
• Cultivate elite client relationships with white-glove service.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver a premium experience through the entire consignment lifecycle.
