The RealReal is seeking an established Luxury Sales Specialist to work remotely across the United States. You will monetize your existing network to source luxury consignments and build VIP relationships with high-net-worth clients.

You will act as a brand ambassador, manage end-to-end logistics, and develop independent outreach strategies to drive new business with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Established book of business with high-net-worth clients.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong relationship management with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proficient with CRM tools and digital outreach.
• Willingness to travel within regional market to meet clients.
• Valid driver's license and appropriate car insurance.

Responsabilités

• Source high-value consignments by leveraging your existing network and VIP contacts.
• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with elite clients.
• Develop and execute personal outreach to grow high-end consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Provide a flawless, premium experience to maximize client retention.
