The Claros Travel is seeking a Luxury Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will handle luxury reservations, itinerary coordination, and service arrangements, delivering a high-touch customer experience for our clients before, during, and after their experiences.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, capable of working independently from home, and comfortable using booking systems and digital communication tools to ensure flawless service and client satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior customer service experience, luxury service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.
