The RealReal, Inc. is hiring a Business Development Representative to qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales channel for consignor acquisition. This fully remote, fast-paced role requires a customer-obsessed mindset and strong communication skills.

You will nurture leads via phone, text, and email, use internal tools like Salesforce and G-Suite, and maintain a professional, data-driven approach to drive conversions while upholding the brand's standards in the luxury marketplace.

Qualifikationen

• Experience qualifying leads in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with luxury fashion marketplace is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Qualify marketing generated leads through daily outreach, while fielding inbound inquiries
• Pass qualified leads to appropriate sales channel to close into new consignment business
• Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone/text/email
• Utilize internal tools and resources to educate leads on consignment process, brands accepted, pricing expectations and next steps
• High degree of professionalism and excellent phone demeanor
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
• Self-motivation and drive to excel in fast-paced environment
• Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
• Must be able to work one weekend day - shifts offered are: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
• Familiarity with the luxury fashion marketplace
