The RealReal is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Specialist who can leverage an established network to source high-value consignments and build elite client relationships. This remote, field-based role rewards entrepreneurial activity, with part-time hours and uncapped commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Established network of high-net-worth individuals to source luxury consignments.
• Deep knowledge of top luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Excellent relationship management with discretion and trust.
• Proficient with CRM and digital platforms to manage client pipeline.
• Willingness to travel within regional market.
• Driver's license & car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Source high-value consignments from private clients.
• Maintain elite client relationships with white-glove service.
• Develop outreach strategies to grow inventory.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Provide premium customer experience throughout the consignment lifecycle.
