The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Sales Specialist to leverage your established book of business in a remote, field-based role.

This part-time, 100% commission-based position offers flexibility and uncapped earning potential for self-starters who already have a deep network within the high-net-worth sector. As a premier brand ambassador, you will source high-value consignments, nurture elite clients, and coordinate end-to-end logistics from pickup to authentication.

Qualifications

• Established book of business with VIP contacts and affluent clients.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong relationship management with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proficient using CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Willingness to travel within the regional market to meet clients.
• A current, valid driver’s license (except in Manhattan and Chicago markets).
• Car insurance meeting local requirements and a satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your established network to source high-quality consignments.
• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in luxury consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Provide a premium, white-glove service throughout the consignment lifecycle.
