The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Sales Specialist to join our remote, field-based team.

This 100% commission-based role rewards an autonomous professional with an established network and luxury brand knowledge to source high-value consignments and drive new business. As an LSS, you will leverage VIP contacts, stylists, personal shoppers, and affluent clients to grow your consignments while maintaining white-glove, personalized service.

Competenze

• Established book of business and ability to generate high-value consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches and ready-to-wear.
• Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with schedule autonomy.
• Strong relationship management with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proficient with CRM tools and digital platforms.
• Willingness to travel within regional market to meet clients on-site.
