Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Sales Specialist who already has a strong network to source luxury consignments on a 100% commission basis.

This remote, field-based role targets high-net-worth clients and rewards independent professionals for growing their own book of business. You will monetize your network, cultivate elite client relationships, and manage end-to-end logistics including pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.

Qualifications

• Established personal and professional network capable of sourcing high-value luxury consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network to source luxury consignments and attract new sellers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients with white-glove service.
• Develop creative outreach strategies to continually bring in high-end consignments.
