The Claros Travel is seeking a Luxury Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in delivering personalized, high-quality experiences for our clients. You will handle reservations, itinerary coordination, and service arrangements, ensuring seamless communication before, during, and after the experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, previous customer service experience (luxury/hospitality preferred), and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience required (luxury service or hospitality preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging
• Assist clients with luxury reservations, bookings, and itinerary updates
• Communicate details, policies, and documentation requirements clearly
• Monitor reservations to ensure accuracy and timely updates
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
• Deliver a high-touch, solutions-oriented customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed
