Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation, a leader in restaurant technology, is seeking a Guest Engagement Strategist to advise brand customers and lead loyalty program optimization for mid-size brands. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, Managed Services, and Customer Success to deliver measurable growth in guest participation, revenue, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management on CRM platforms (Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo).
• Comfort explaining integrations and data flows to non-technical audiences.
• Strong financial terminology and communication skills.
• Interest in using AI tools to speed analysis while ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own loyalty program strategy and optimization engagements for small to mid-size brands.
• Support complex program designs and restructures, leading analysis workstreams.
• Define KPIs, business rules, and program health measures.
• Analyze guest behavior, segmentation, and campaign performance to boost ROI.
• Develop campaigns across loyalty, CRM, and SMS channels.
• Build executive-ready presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
