PAR Technology is seeking a Guest Engagement Strategist to optimize loyalty programs for restaurant brands, spanning analysis, design, and campaigns. You’ll connect Punchh, CRM tools, and POS with client needs, delivering measurable growth in guest participation, revenue, and profitability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Product, Implementation, Managed Services, and Customer Success, plus a focus on AI-assisted analysis and scalable playbooks for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or other consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management (CRM/ESP platforms such as Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo).
• Comfort learning technical concepts — integrations, data flows, platform configuration — and explaining them to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of financial concepts and ability to communicate with business terms.
• Enthusiasm for using AI tools to accelerate work with quality checks.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across functions and with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word/Outlook.
• Experience with POS, online ordering, CDP, or other marketing tech.

Responsabilités

• Own program optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands, from analysis through recommendation.
• Lead analysis workstreams and contribute recommendations on complex designs and restructures.
• Define target KPIs, business rules, and program health measures.
• Monitor client program performance, analyze guest behavior and segmentation, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and ROI.
• Stay on top of market trends in guest engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, Managed Services, and Customer Success to deliver results.
