PAR Technology is seeking a Guest Engagement Strategist to drive loyalty program optimization for restaurant brands. You will own engagements from analysis through recommendations, joining cross-functional teams to design and execute campaigns that boost guest engagement, revenue, and ROI.

You will build knowledge of Punchh integrations with POS, online ordering, and payments, and translate technical concepts for clients while growing toward a senior advisory role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or other consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management using major CRM/ESP platforms (Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo), consumer segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Comfort learning technical concepts and explaining them to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of financial terms and ability to communicate ideas and analysis.

Responsabilités

• Own loyalty program optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands, from analysis through recommendation.
• Lead analysis workstreams on complex program designs and restructures and contribute recommendations.
• Develop automated and targeted campaigns to maximize engagement across loyalty, CRM, and SMS channels.
• Analyze guest segmentation, targeting, and testing to improve campaign performance.
• Build executive-ready presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations.
