Job summary

PAR Technology is seeking a Guest Engagement Strategist to advise restaurant-brand clients on loyalty program and campaign strategy optimization. You will connect Punchh with a restaurant's POS, online ordering, payments, and third-party tools while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive guest growth and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2 years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or other consumer brands.
Hands-on experience with campaign management and performance analysis.
Comfort explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate work with checks.
Experience collaborating across functions and with clients.

Responsibilities

Own program optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands, from analysis through recommendation.
Support senior team members on complex program designs and restructures, leading analysis workstreams.
Contribute to strategy sessions defining KPIs, rules, and health measures.
Monitor client program performance, analyze guest behavior and segmentation, identify opportunities to improve engagement and ROI.
Build knowledge of Punchh integrations with POS, online ordering, payments, ESPs, and CDPs.
