Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or other consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management and major CRM/ESP platforms.
• Comfort explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of financial concepts and communication of analyses.
• Willingness to use AI tools with oversight for accuracy.
• Proven collaboration with clients or business partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Own program optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands, from analysis through recommendation.
• Support senior team members on complex program designs and restructures.
• Define target KPIs, business rules, and program health measures in strategy sessions.
• Monitor performance, analyze guest behavior and segmentation to boost engagement and ROI.
• Build knowledge of Punchh integrations with POS, ordering, payments and ESPs.
