Job summary

PAR Technology is seeking a Guest Engagement Strategist to advise restaurant brands on loyalty program and campaign optimization. You will connect Punchh with POS, online ordering, payments, and third-party tools, delivering measurable results in guest engagement and profitability.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to transform strategies into actionable campaigns and insights for clients across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or other consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management using CRM/ESP platforms.
• Comfort explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong financial terminology for communication and analysis.
• Interest in using AI tools to accelerate work.
• Proven collaboration across functions with clients or partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Own loyalty program strategy & optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands.
• Assist senior team on complex program designs and restructures.
• Define target KPIs, business rules, and program health measures.
• Monitor performance, analyze guest behavior and segmentation to improve engagement and ROI.
• Stay updated on guest engagement and loyalty market trends.
• Build knowledge of Punchh integration with POS, online ordering, payments, ESPs, and CDPs.
• Explain tech stack constraints and guide evolution to meet objectives.
• Develop and deploy automated marketing campaigns across loyalty and CRM channels.
• Analyze guest segmentation and testing to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Managed Services to ensure campaign objectives are met.
• Support sales and renewals as strategic advisor.
