Job summary

PAR Technology is seeking a Guest Engagement Strategist to advise restaurant brands on loyalty strategy and program optimization. You will connect Punchh insights with PAR’s POS, online ordering, and payments to drive guest engagement and ROI.

You’ll work with Sales, Product, Implementation, Managed Services, and Customer Success to deliver measurable growth while continually learning and expanding advisory responsibilities in a remote, multi-state setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or consumer brands.
• Hands-on campaign management using Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, etc.

Responsibilities

• Own program optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands.
• Support senior team on complex program designs and restructures.
• Define target KPIs, business rules, and program health measures.
• Analyze guest behavior, segmentation, and ROI to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
