Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Guest Engagement Strategist to advise restaurant brands on loyalty programs and campaign strategy. The role spans strategy, product knowledge, and client-facing delivery, working with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.

You’ll analyze data, design campaigns, and help clients optimize guest engagement, retention, and ROI, while learning to grow into a senior advisory role within PAR’s Loyalty Strategy practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or consumer brands.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management and segmentation.
• Comfort explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Understanding financial concepts and using business terminology.

Responsibilities

• Own program optimization engagements from analysis through recommendations.
• Lead analysis workstreams on complex designs and restructures.
• Define KPI targets and health measures for loyalty programs.
• Analyze guest behavior and segmentation to improve engagement and ROI.
• Build knowledge of Punchh integrations with POS, payments, ESPs, and CDPs.
• Develop automated campaigns across loyalty, CRM, and SMS channels.
