Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Guest Engagement Strategist to advise restaurant brands on loyalty program and campaign strategy optimization. You will bridge business consulting with product know-how, learning to articulate connections between Punchh and a restaurant’s tech stack, including POS, online ordering, and payments.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, Managed Services, and Customer Success to drive growth in guest participation, revenue, and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years in customer experience, loyalty, CRM, or digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to loyalty or CRM programs for restaurant or other consumer brands.
• Hands‑on experience with campaign management and performance analysis using major CRM/ESP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own program optimization engagements for small and mid-size restaurant brands from analysis through recommendation.
• Support senior team members on complex program designs and restructures—leading analysis workstreams.
• Define target KPIs, business rules, and program health measures.
• Monitor client program performance, analyze guest behavior and segmentation to improve engagement and ROI.
• Build clear, executive-ready presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
