Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a logistics environment (freight brokerage or dispatching preferred).
• Ability to learn and work within various TMS/CRM platforms.
• Experience in freight brokerage, account management, dispatch, or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Act as the primary daily contact for your customers.
• Manage high-level tasks and communication for major clients.
• Quote freight, qualify opportunities, and grow assigned accounts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and align on strategy with senior-level client contacts.

Google Drive proficiency

Advanced Excel skills (vLookups, pivot tables)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

High school diploma or GED required
