Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to provide telehealth therapy across our general program. Deliver care with CBT and evidence-based approaches, while benefiting from strong clinical support and a flexible, remote schedule.

As a 100% remote 1099 contractor, you can build a private-practice-like caseload with referrals, CAMS training, and AI-enabled documentation. Minimum 9 hours/week across 2 days is required.

Competenze

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using an AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
