Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to deliver telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. This 100% remote role offers flexibility, built-in clinical support, and referrals, with malpractice coverage and free CEUs.

Therapists can build a private practice with steady referrals while reducing admin burdens. You’ll join a program supporting LMFTs and other licenses to provide evidence-based care via telehealth, with a minimum 9 hours/week availability and ongoing

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT in the United States.
• 2+ years of delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and related modalities.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care.
