Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. The role offers flexible scheduling, automatic referrals, malpractice coverage, and free CEUs, with support from a clinical community and admin team.

You’ll provide CBT and other evidence-based therapies via video, track progress with digital assessments, and collaborate with psychiatrists.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
Minimum of 9 hours availability per week across at least 2 days.
Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, EMDR welcomed.
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
