Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth therapy sessions with a flexible, 100% remote 1099 contractor model. You’ll join a supportive clinical community with structured admin support and steady referrals.

Minimum 9 hours per week across two days, with options to expand. Roles include CBT-focused therapy, DSM-based assessments, and access to CAMS training and IOP tracks as available.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Minimum 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and UP; add ACT/DBT/EMDR as appropriate.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists for integrated care.
