Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to deliver telehealth services as 1099 contractors. This 100% remote role offers flexible scheduling, a steady referral stream, malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and strong clinical support.

You'll provide weekly psychotherapy sessions (LMFT, LCSW, etc.) using CBT and other evidence-based approaches, with measurement-based care and AI-enabled tools to support care delivery. Minimum 9 hours/week, start quickly.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Opt into specialized tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.
