Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. This 100% remote, 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling, built-in clinical community, and support with billing, credentialing, and insurance.

Therapists provide CBT and other evidence-based therapies, operate with a measurement-based care approach, and use an AI-enabled EMR for documentation. Multistate licensure is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to adults.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and other modalities.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using an AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
