Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed mental health therapists to deliver telehealth services as 1099 contractors. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and a steady referral flow, with malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and comprehensive operational support.

Eligible candidates include LMFTs and other licensed professionals who can provide teletherapy to adults, with CBT and other evidence-based approaches, and at least 9 hours per week across two days.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Commit to minimum of 9 hours availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to adults.
• Apply CBT and other evidence-based modalities (UP; ACT, DBT, EMDR welcomed).
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
