Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general program. Join a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role with strong clinical support and steady referrals.

Therapists deliver evidence-based care (CBT, UP) and have access to free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and flexible hours. Minimum 9 hours per week across at least 2 days is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMFT with current credential in the state.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
