Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists to deliver telehealth therapy across multiple programs. Work 100% remotely as a 1099 contractor with flexible scheduling and a built-in clinical community.

You will provide CBT and other evidence-based therapies, supported by AI-enabled documentation and a robust clinical team. Expect meaningful outcomes, steady referrals, and Division of care across adults.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP).
• Track progress via measurement-based care using digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
